Are you ready to relax through your (most) private parts?
Genital Cuddling is a opportunity for you to connect with that part of you that may be longing most for intimacy, care, love, attention, and presence, without conditions, pressure, or performance. This workshops aim to honour and respect this intimate, private, and beautiful part of our bodies, typically hidden under several layers of clothing, often holding shame, guilt, or fear, with almost ritualistic love and attention we can possibly give.
With a partner, you will explore what it means to really means to be met and seen in our most vulnerable. Imagine being cuddled and caressed, honoured and respected, from the place you may have a strong sense of abandonment, lack, yearning, or perceived wrongness.
This is what Genital Cuddles is. A workshop where we through simple techniques of non-judgemental presence, conscious touch and non-doing send love to our source. It is a workshop designed to explore the potential of intimate, non-goal-oriented, non-sexual connection our genitals.

The focus will entirely be on presence, consent, and trust. It is an invitation to experience intimacy as a slow, conscious exchange of warmth, rather than a path toward a specific outcome. In a container of deep respect and safety, we establish clear communication guidelines that honour your autonomy and boundaries regardless of how well you know your partner. There will be a clear demonstration of the principles and flow of the practice to ensure everyone feels informed and comfortable and both participants have time to be cuddled.
So be ready to depart, let go and just drift into pure allowance. An allowance to just be you, as you are, with whatever is there, in the relationship between you and your most private part.
Genital Cuddles is
- Gential Cuddles is a workshop where you, with a partner, will have an opportunity to both give and receive loving, conscious, and present touch, while wearing as much or as little clothes as feels comfortable for you.
- A workshop where we will take sexuality out of the question, and leave the chit-chatting, expectations and world at the door, to create a safe, loving container
- A place where you bring a friend, lover, partner, or anyone you trust to provide you with the most loving, affectionate and present cuddles imaginable.
- Somewhere healing, emotions and togetherness is welcomed on all levels, melting our armour
- A room where your sexual energy is allowed to flow, without it having to go anywhere
Genital Cuddles isn’t
- A place for your sexual desires, or longing for them to be fulfilled.
- A workshop for you, if you are completely new to consent, tantra, conscious work, aso.
What to expect:
- A space of love, trust, and slow, conscious intimacy
- Enough spaciousness for you to open up and release any emotions, fears, shame, guilt, or tension that wants to go
- A demonstration of “how to”, with best practices and a quick reminder of giver and receiver roles
- Enough time to give and receive plenty of cuddles, presence and touch, and fully “be in it”
- Support from facilitator and assistants through the whole experience
Practicalities:
- Bring: a 90×200 sheet for the mattress, and at least 2 sarongs or towels per person
- Bring: hand sanitizer and oil in a closed container with a lid
- Bring: blindfold and earplugs if you have a tendency to be hyper-vigilant of sounds and light
- Bring: warm socks if you have a tendency to feel cold
- Wear clothes that you feel relaxed and comfortable in
- The doors open 30 minutes before start
- Price: 500kr. per couple.
Tickets are sold as “couple-tickets”, meaning they are for you and your partner. Tickets are non-refundable and can be sold on if needed or given away, provided you contact me directly to provide information about the receivers. Read the full agreement here (in danish)
