All sessions, programmes and events require participants to be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be requested if there is any doubt. Bookings from persons under 18 will be cancelled with a full refund.

Cancellations and rebookings are made by SMS, WhatsApp or phone on +45 28 96 46 17 — or by email at thomas@tantrathomas.dk.

• More than 24 hours before — no charge, full refund of deposit
• Within 24 hours — deposit of 1,000 DKK is retained
• Within 3 hours or no-show without notice — the full booking amount is forfeited

When a booking is completed through the booking system, availability of the space is confirmed and a booking confirmation is sent by email or SMS.

A deposit of 1,000 DKK is required at the time of booking.

• Payment is accepted via online payment or bank transfer
• Payment can be split into smaller instalments if needed
• Sessions can also be booked by direct contact — by phone or email

Session packages (multiple sessions purchased together) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Unused sessions are non-refundable after expiry.

Packages are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without the practitioner's consent. The cancellation terms above apply in full when using sessions from a package.

The cancellation terms above apply to individual sessions within a programme.

• Programmes in progress are non-refundable
• Cancellation of a programme must be made at least 24 hours before the first session for a full refund
• If a programme cannot be completed by the client, any refund is negotiated based on the number of remaining sessions
• Changes to the programme content are possible with the consent of both parties — the practitioner reserves the right to adjust the session rate in line with current pricing

Session time and actual massage time are not the same. A 3-hour session includes a short conversation before and after — the massage itself is approximately 2.5 hours.

Late arrival may result in a shortened session out of consideration for the next client and the space booking.

Extension of a session is possible in some cases and takes place only with the client's explicit consent. Surcharge: 450 DKK per commenced 30 minutes.

• Tickets purchased for events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is cancelled
• If the event is cancelled, full refunds are issued
• If a participant is asked to leave an event — for any reason — no refund is given
• Tickets may be passed on or resold, provided the price does not exceed the original price and the organiser is informed with the recipient's name and phone number

The client must provide accurate and relevant health information prior to the session — including medical and mental health conditions, known traumas, allergies and injuries.

Failure to disclose relevant information is the client's own responsibility, and the practitioner cannot be held liable for consequences arising from such omission.

The practitioner may at any time request a medical certificate at the client's expense. If this is not provided, the working relationship may be ended without refund.

The practitioner reserves the right to decline or end a session, programme or event participation if the client's behaviour is assessed as boundary-crossing, unsafe or incompatible with the framework of the session.

If a session is ended due to the client's behaviour, no refund is given — whether of the deposit or any remaining amount.

The practitioner also reserves the right to decline future bookings without providing a reason.

Tantra massage and related services are holistic and spiritually grounded practices. They may give rise to emotional, energetic and physical responses — including the release of feelings, memories or physical sensations — which are a natural part of the process.

The practitioner cannot be held liable for psychological, emotional or physical responses that arise during or after a session, provided the session was carried out within the agreed framework and with the client's consent.

If professional support is needed following a session — psychological, medical or therapeutic — it is the client's own responsibility to seek and fund this.

Tantra Thomas processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation). The data controller is Thomas Dehn, CVR 42350168, thomas@tantrathomas.dk.

All bookings and data processing are handled via EasyPractice, a GDPR-compliant data processor with a signed data processing agreement. Data is stored encrypted and is not shared with third parties.

Your data is deleted automatically after 2 years of no contact — unless accounting requirements necessitate otherwise.

Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact thomas@tantrathomas.dk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency: datatilsynet.dk.

Confidentiality and recording

• Full confidentiality is maintained for all sessions — nothing can ever be associated with you as a person
• Invoices can be made anonymous on request, containing only a first name
• All testimonials are anonymous by default — named testimonials with photos are shared only with full explicit consent
• Photography, audio or video recording of sessions or events is not permitted without the explicit consent of all parties involved — this applies in both directions
